Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Senior Data Analyst M&A with our client located in San Francisco, CA.

• We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong investment banking background and experience in M&A modeling.
• This role will support financial analysis, deal evaluation, and strategic decision-making through data‑driven insights.

• Build and maintain financial and M&A models.
• Support potential mergers and acquisitions analysis.
• Evaluate CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums).
• Develop high‑quality presentations and reporting for stakeholders.
• Perform data‑driven financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.

• Investment banking experience.
• Experience in potential M&A modeling.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience evaluating CIMs.

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Rate: $60- $68 an hour.
