We’re assembling a small, highly technical team driven by curiosity, rigorous thinking, and a desire to work on problems with meaningful long-term impact. Our founders and early team members have deep experience building and deploying cutting-edge ML systems at top research labs and industry organizations across areas such as autonomous systems, robotics, biological modeling, and generative modeling.

• Contribute across the full machine learning workflow, including data handling, modeling, evaluation, and infrastructure.
• Design and implement novel model architectures, training algorithms, and optimization methods.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and distributed training systems for multimodal datasets.
• Run rapid experimental cycles, including ablations, diagnostics, and performance investigations.
• Continuously stay current with research advancements and apply relevant findings to real-world problems.

We value adaptability, rigorous problem-solving, and the ability to work efficiently in domains that may be new or unfamiliar.

• Strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals, plus depth in at least one domain (e.g., computer vision, sequence models, multimodal learning, or physics-based ML).
• Experience training models at scale and analyzing experimental results through systematic evaluation.
• Background in building or optimizing large data processing systems.
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks and high-performance computing environments.
• Bonus: Experience with physical simulations, scientific modeling, or numerical methods.
