Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Architect specializing in Service Now, you will assess client business needs and recommend tailored Service Now implementation solutions. You will lead Service Now implementation projects, leveraging your expertise in estimating, implementing, and managing Service Now tools.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading Implementation Projects:
  Lead Service Now implementation projects, managing effort estimation, planning, and execution to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
• Conducting Architectural Analysis:
  Conduct a thorough architectural analysis to estimate infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration with other systems in the ecosystem.
• Solution Design:
  Design and recommend Service Now implementation solutions tailored to client business needs, leveraging expertise in Service Now tools and ecosystem integration.
• Effort Estimation and Planning:
  Estimate effort and plan implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of Service Now solutions.
• Infrastructure Requirements Estimation:
  Estimate infrastructure requirements to support Service Now implementations, ensuring scalability and performance.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in Service Now Implementation:
  Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Service Now tools, with a strong understanding of their integration with other systems in the ecosystem.
• Experience with Architectural Analysis: A track record of conducting thorough architectural analysis to estimate infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Proficiency in Effort Estimation and Planning:
  Demonstrated ability to estimate effort and plan implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of Service Now solutions.
• Experience in Infrastructure Requirements Estimation:
  Skilled in estimating infrastructure requirements to support Service Now implementations, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Mastery of Solution Design:
  Expertise in designing and recommending Service Now implementation solutions tailored to client business needs, leveraging knowledge of Service Now tools and ecosystem integration.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Service Now certifications - Relevant certifications for ITSM and other areas across the platform.
• Service Now Integration Knowledge:
  Experience with integrating Service Now tools with other systems in the ecosystem, ensuring seamless interactions and data exchange.
• IT Service Management:
  Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in Service Now implementation projects.
