Key
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a SQL Database Engineer or Database Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL,
PL/SQL
, or equivalent). - Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Experience with relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgre
SQL. - Optimize database performance using indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS.
- Experience with cloud-based databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL).
- Collaborate with application developers, BI teams, and business analysts to support data integration and reporting needs.
