The RoleAs Senior Product Manager, Buying & Execution
, you will play a key role in redefining how TV advertising operates in an AI-driven world. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for campaign buying and execution workflows, helping build an AI-powered, self-serve platform that transforms years of TV and CTV data into actionable intelligence.
Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Media teams, you will define requirements, write user stories, prioritize features, and drive delivery for campaign management capabilities across programmatic and direct TV. Success in this role requires strong product ownership, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of advertiser workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for TV media buying and execution workflows, end-to-end
- Define and deliver AI-powered automation features that differentiate the platform
- Translate business and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements
- Drive feature prioritization and trade-off decisions based on impact, scalability, and business value
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Media Buying, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure strong alignment and successful launches
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging AI technologies to maintain product leadership
- Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously iterate and improve performance
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech, with deep expertise in streaming and programmatic CTV advertising (linear TV experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products, including building new capabilities from the ground up
- Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable presenting product vision and roadmap decisions to executive stakeholders
- Highly customer-centric with strong skills in user discovery, user story development, and solving complex workflow challenges
- Experience partnering with Design to deliver thoughtful, research-informed user experiences
- Passion for automation and AI-driven innovation, balanced with an execution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity within fast-paced environments
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products or data-driven optimization systems
- Familiarity with TV measurement, attribution, or identity-related challenges
