I’m partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed AI company that has recently closed a significant Series A to hire its first Enterprise Account Executives in San Francisco.
This is a foundational GTM hire within a company building a multi-product AI platform serving complex, operational industries. The business has strong early traction, serious investor backing, and is now formalising its enterprise motion.
These will be the first true enterprise hires.
You will not inherit pipeline.
You will help define the motion.
The Context- Recently raised Series A from top-tier Silicon Valley investors
- Engineering team scaling aggressively
- Expanding AI platform with multiple product lines
- Founder-led sales transitioning into structured enterprise GTM
The CEO remains closely involved in enterprise sales. The first hires will work directly alongside him to shape territory strategy, refine positioning, and close foundational enterprise logos.
This is zero-to-one enterprise GTM.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Building and owning an enterprise territory from scratch
- Developing multi-threaded relationships across senior stakeholders
- Selling a multi-product AI platform solution
- Influencing ICP definition, segmentation, and pricing strategy
- Feeding structured customer insight back into product and engineering
This is not a role for someone who needs heavy marketing air cover or a mature sales machine.
They are looking for experienced operators who can sell roadmap, vision, and measurable business outcomes.
Ideal Profile- 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS closing experience
- Consistent history of exceeding quota in complex environments
- Experience selling platform or multi-product solutions
- Proven ability to land new enterprise logos
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving product environments
- Founder-aligned mindset with strong ownership
Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate. This is an in-office role.
Experience in high-growth, venture-backed environments strongly preferred.
Compensation- OTE range: $200K – $500K depending on experience and performance
- Meaningful equity participation
- Strong upside for high performers
