A fast-scaling AI infrastructure company is building its founding US go-to-market team in San Francisco.
Their platform powers production AI for enterprise and AI‑native companies. The product is real, the customers are serious, and the US team is intentionally early.
This is not a brand role. It is a revenue role.
You will own field marketing as a direct pipeline driver for enterprise sales.
The mandate- Build and execute a field marketing strategy explicitly tied to pipeline and revenue targets
- Design high-signal executive round tables, curated workshops, and industry events that move enterprise deals
- Partner tightly with sales on target accounts and active opportunities
- Convert engagement into qualified opportunities with disciplined CRM execution
- Own budget allocation, ROI reporting, and performance optimisation
- Expand into broader regional campaign ownership as the US team scales
You will work directly with US sales leadership and founders in San Francisco.
Who this is for- Have 5–8 years in B2B marketing at a technical or developer‑led company
- Have generated measurable enterprise pipeline, not just attendance metrics
- Have supported $100K+ ACV enterprise deals
- Understand how to market to technical buyers in AI, data, infrastructure, or developer tooling
- Have owned meaningful budget and reported on ROI
- Have operated inside a 50–200 person company where ownership was real
- Want to be one of the earliest US GTM hires at a category‑defining company
- Background at AI, data, or developer tooling startups is a strong signal
- Event coordinators focused on logistics
- Brand marketers optimising awareness
- Digital‑only demand gen profiles without field ownership
- Large corporate marketing lifers
- Early‑career candidates growing into responsibility
- Remote‑first expectations
This role requires 3–5 days per week in the San Francisco office.
