Job SummaryWorked on a large‑scale integration platform providing Data, SOA, and communication services to global customers. Supported applications running across multi‑geo data centers on ~200 bare‑metal servers, with additional services deployed on AWS and Iscloud. Managed Java-based application environments, storage systems, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Debugged production issues across Java application servers with Oracle backend.
- Monitored system performance and logs using Splunk.
- Managed deployments using internal CI/CD tools built on Jenkins.
- Performed server patching, SSL certificate updates, and DR/traffic‑shift support.
- Generated performance and storage reports using Oracle queries and Splunk dashboards.
- Automated operational tasks using Shell and Ansible scripts.
- Set up and supported applications on Iscloud and AWS cloud platforms.
- Worked with storage technologies including Oracle, Couchbase, and AWS S3.
- Supported custom Jetty containers and Nginx-based tools in production.
