We are seeking an experienced Legal Technology Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement (40 hours per week, hybrid). This role will support legal technology operations, workflow optimization, and platform administration within a corporate legal environment.
- Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Primary Platforms: Ironclad, Docu Sign, Onit (or equivalent matter management software), Jira
The Legal Technology Analyst will support the Legal Technology Solutions Lead in executing technology initiatives, maintaining legal platforms, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with system administration, documentation, testing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational effectiveness across the Legal function.
Key Responsibilities- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing legal processes and assist in implementing technology-driven improvements.
- Automation Support: Assist with deployment and support of AI tools and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Platform Administration: Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of legal technology platforms including contract lifecycle management (CLM), e-signature, matter management, and issue tracking systems.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, and system performance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Legal Operations, IT, Finance, vendors, attorneys, and professional staff to support technology initiatives and ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation & Training: Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting training efforts as needed.
