The Creative Cloud SMB team is looking for a strategic and collaborative Sr. Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product and Sales through compelling messaging, insights, and enablement. In this role, you’ll translate product capabilities and customer needs into clear narratives that accelerate SMB sales motions and strengthen go-to-market alignment.
Responsibilities Messaging & Positioning- Craft clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with target SMB creative personas and aligns to value drivers.
- Ensure messaging consistency across sales motions, web experiences, and customer-facing materials (in partnership with customer-facing PMMs).
- Build and maintain compelling enablement materials for SMB sales and support (narrative briefs, talk tracks, email templates, battle cards, competitive one-pagers).
- Train SMB Sales and Support teams on product value propositions, differentiators, ideal customer profiles, and industry-specific messaging.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify messaging gaps, inform enablement priorities, and improve deal velocity.
- Develop the SMB customer and competitive research roadmap and partner with internal teams or external research firms to execute studies.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and whitespace to influence product and GTM strategy.
- Partner with Analytics, Sales Ops, and E2E team to analyze customer behavior, adoption patterns, and churn signals across SMB lifecycle.
- Socialize insights across Marketing, Product, and Sales to shape feature prioritization, offer packaging decisions, and messaging improvements.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to understand roadmap, translate features into value, and support launches with internal narratives.
- Work with Enablement to ensure sales teams have the tools and training needed to sell effectively.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on audience strategy, messaging, and segmentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related B2B SaaS roles, ideally in the SMB segment.
- Proven experience developing messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, or research-driven insights.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Experience working directly with Sales teams and other customer-facing roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into recommendations.
- BS/BA degree required, MBA a plus.
- $60.00 to $66.90 per hour.
