Today, enterprises rely on slow, expensive legacy RPA tools. This company replaces them with intelligent AI agents that deliver:

• Real end‑to‑end workflows that actually work

They help some of the world’s largest organizations automate complex processes using next‑generation AI – reinventing Enterprise AI Agents, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).

We’re searching for a Head of Growth to build and scale their brand and demand generation from zero.

This is not a maintenance role. There is no legacy team. No legacy playbook.

You will:

• Define the strategy
• Build the function
• Own the narrative
• Create the category

You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and go‑to‑market teams to translate deep technical innovation into clear, compelling stories that resonate with enterprise buyers.

Part strategist. Part storyteller. Part growth hacker.

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social
• Own content strategy: thought leadership, case studies, videos, and community
• Build and optimize SEO/GEO and paid search strategies
• Run data‑driven growth experiments to unlock new channels
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and sales on launches
• Build the entire marketing tech stack and dashboards
• Drive organic presence on Linked In, X, and other key platforms
• Create repeatable demand generation programs from scratch

In short: you will be the architect of their growth.

• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days per week
• 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience in one of the following: AI, Compliance, Financial Services, Insurance, Fintech, or Security Tech
• Real startup experience – ideally having helped a company go from 0 → Series A+
• True full‑stack marketing background across the entire funnel
• Strong expertise in modern channels: SEO, paid search, lifecycle, and organic social
• Experience selling into traditional B2B industries (banking, insurance, lending, compliance, etc.)
• Exceptional storytelling ability – turning complex tech into human narratives
• Hands‑on demand generation track record
• Proficiency with tools such as:
  Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Notion, Figma
