- 15 years of experience in the applicable sales/business development function.
- 10 years of experience selling cloud IT solutions to companies.
- 10 years of experience leading and scaling teams.
- Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
- Leadership experience in growing and scaling sales organizations, including experience in new market builds.
- Experience and deep understanding selling the a data analytics technology stack.
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud data analytics offering.
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders at C-level as a business advisor and thought leader in data analytics.
As Director, you will have a highly visible leadership role to grow our North American business by building and leading teams who are working to sell and deploy our Data Analytics solutions. You will develop and own the go-to-market plan to scale the North American Regions business, and possess the necessary selling skills to effectively build internal relationships as well as with external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$288,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Develop, advance, and close business pipelines for Data Analytics bookings and incremental business generation, overseeing strategic account plans and broader enterprise plans across key verticals.
- Attract, hire, and develop talent. Lead a fast-paced organization of specialized, executive sales leaders across North America Regions, Strategic AI, and ISV verticals. Contribute to Data Analtyics GTM North America Sales leadership teams.
- Create alignment across multiple functions:
Marketing, Customer Engineer Managers, Partners, Field Solutions Architects, and Data Analytics Product Engineers. - Own C-level relationships, managing C-level engagements focused on scale and growth. Support sellers as the Data Analytics subject matter expert, assisting customers in identifying Data Analytics use cases and influencing strategic direction.
