The Role 🥳As a Senior Solutions Engineer (pre and post sales), you will work hand-in-hand with our most strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption, expansion, and real-world impact with our AI platform.
You will embed directly with client teams, sometimes spending weeks or months on-site, to understand their workflows, prototype solutions, and deploy high-value use cases that accelerate their transformation. Travel is a requirement of this role.
Acting as the bridge between pre-sales and post-sales, you will collaborate with Account Executives to uncover new opportunities, deliver technical implementations, and ensure customers realize lasting value. This is a hands-on, consultative, and deeply technical role that combines engineering rigor with customer empathy and business acumen.
Your impact đź’ĄServe as the dedicated Solutions Engineer for strategic enterprise accounts, embedding with customer teams to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion.
Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and other team members to identify, design, and implement new AI-driven use cases that expand customer value and product consumption.
Own the full pre- and post-sales lifecycle - from discovery, value mapping, and technical demonstrations to integration, deployment, enablement, and ongoing optimization.
Build, iterate, and deploy data workflows and API-based solutions using Python, GenAI models, and our platform’s SDKs.
Tell the value story - translate complex technology into clear business outcomes, quantify ROI, craft executive-ready narratives, and position the company and our agents for expansion.
Develop strong, multi-threaded relationships across large organizations, from end users to senior stakeholders, to influence adoption and uncover expansion opportunities.
Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams, providing visibility into account health, technical progress, and growth potential.
4+ years of experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or customer engineering roles spanning both pre- and post-sales.
Proven success growing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts, with experience multi-threading across complex organizations.
Strong technical foundations with an engineering mindset; comfortable working with APIs, Python, and data workflows.
Experience with Generative AI and LLMs is highly valued.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex technology into business value.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including extended on-site engagements of up to three months.
Self-starter with a startup mindset; adaptable, resourceful, and eager to drive impact in a fast-growing company.
