About the Role
The Product Operations team at Uber plays a crucial role in ensuring the tech team develops and launches products that drive the business forward. As a Product Operations Lead, you will lead a team to collaborate with our cross-functional partners on problem sizing and prioritization, solution alignment, product launch and monitoring throughout the product development cycle. Your work is to ensure we build and launch the right platform solution that will support the company growth across multiple business verticals on a global scale.
The identity and risk team is responsible for defining the fundamental components of the user’s identity and building risk management system throughout user lifecycle and protecting our platform and users against fraudulent and malicious actors. In this role, you will help build and scale sophisticated identity and risk solutions to enable sustainable growth.

What the Candidate Will Do Strategy- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, fostering strong collaboration and alignment without formal authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex trade-offs to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Deep analytical experience, including strong SQL proficiency and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Strong strategic judgment and ability to use data, business context, and intuition to inform critical decisions.
