The RoleIronclad is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead a critical portfolio at the heart of our enterprise platform:
Trust & Core Services. FedRAMP readiness and authorization enablement is the top priority for this role—you will translate FedRAMP controls into product requirements, drive cross‑functional execution, and ensure we ship the capabilities and operational readiness needed for authorization and ongoing compliance.
In addition to FedRAMP, you will own foundational platform areas that impact enterprise scalability and product velocity:
FedRAMP & Trust (Primary)
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for FedRAMP enablement; translate controls into clear requirements and sequenced delivery plans.
- Drive boundary and architecture decisions with Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering (auditability, logging, encryption, access controls, configuration controls).
- Ship “evidence-producing” capabilities (e.g., audit/system logs, retention policies, admin/config controls) supporting authorization and ongoing compliance.
- Establish operating rhythm across teams: milestones, dependencies, risk management, executive updates, and launch readiness (including partnership with assessors where applicable).
- Set direction and execution for document capabilities: generation, rendering, storage, performance, reliability, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Legal/Security on records management needs (retention, holds) and translate into scalable platform primitives.
- Define success metrics (latency, reliability, throughput, incident trends) and drive continuous improvements with Engineering.
- Partner with AI/ML teams as internal platform customers to deliver document primitives that power AI experiences (ingestion/normalization, extraction reliability, metadata standards, scalable processing, predictable latency/throughput).
- Own the Design System roadmap, governance model, and adoption strategy.
- Partner with Design and Frontend Engineering to improve consistency, accessibility, speed of delivery, and reduce UI fragmentation.
