• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the LATAM financial services sector.
• Own the full sales cycle in your territory, from initial outbound to close.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to financial services procurement cycles across LATAM markets.
• Manage complex, multi-country deal cycles and navigate regional regulatory and procurement requirements to exceed revenue quotas.
• Analyze financial market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and regional trends to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns.
• Spearhead market expansion across LATAM banking, insurance, fintech, research centers, and administrative offices.
• Build deep relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and communicate value propositions in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from LATAM financial users and conveying market needs.
• Continuously refine the financial services sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices.

• Professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English; native or near-native proficiency in all three languages.
• 5+ years of LATAM financial services sales experience, including banking, insurance, fintech, or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of LATAM financial services buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points.
• Strategic, analytical approach to assessing LATAM financial services markets combined with creative, tactical execution.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within LATAM financial services procurement frameworks and understanding regional regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing multi-country deal cycles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to technical experts and C-level executives in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications in financial services.

Expected base compensation: $290,000 - $435,000 USD. The full compensation package includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.

Education requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy: Staff are expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Some roles may require more on-site presence.

Visa sponsorship: We sponsor visas where possible and retain an immigration lawyer to assist the process.
