As our Developer Marketing Lead, you'll shape how we communicate with the developer community about the infrastructure performance they deserve. This role combines strategic marketing thinking with hands‑on execution, working directly with our engineering team to translate breakthrough technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with developers and engineering leaders worldwide.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy that resonates with developer and enterprise audiences
• Create compelling technical content that educates developers about infrastructure performance and best practices
• Build authentic relationships within the developer community through forums, events, and social engagement
• Lead our presence at conferences and developer events, establishing Namespace as a thought leader in developer infrastructure
• Design marketing campaigns that drive meaningful engagement rather than just lead volume
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions
• Own brand positioning that differentiates us in the crowded developer tools space
• Use data and developer feedback to continuously optimize our marketing approach and messaging

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on technical products, developer tools, or B2B infrastructure
• Exceptional technical writing ability—you can make complex infrastructure concepts accessible and compelling
• Proven track record in developer marketing, with authentic community engagement and technical content creation
• Deep understanding of developer workflows, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure pain points
• Experience with marketing tools and analytics, but more importantly, the judgment to focus on metrics that matter
• Conference and event marketing experience, comfortable speaking to technical audiences
• Strong project management and collaboration skills—you thrive in fast‑paced, technical environments
• Genuine passion for developer experience and infrastructure performance
