Role and Responsibilities:

As the Risk Infrastructure Engagement Manager, you will lead a critical project from onshore for strategy implementation in GDS Link. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital lending or banking space, a solid grasp of various business functions (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance), and a strong ability to implement initiatives from end to end. Your problem-solving skills, product sense, and ability to work effectively cross-functionally will be key to your success.

• Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.

• Project planning and management

• Review business requirements with relevant client stakeholders

• Optimize code and design documents

• Code and test decisioning policy rules using best practices

• Technical SME coordination with risk, IT infrastructure, and client teams

• Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Collaborate with and drive alignment among various stakeholders across the organization

• Manage Offshore Team:
Lead and coordinate with offshore contractors for analytical support and to ensure seamless execution

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience majorly in BRMS projects, along with in consulting, solution design and client management. Significant experience with managing decision systems is a must.

• SQL / Python

• Cloud technologies experience

• Credit cards/lending expertise (Acquisitions/Underwriting)

• Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup

• Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
