Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’re building a platform of AI-powered agents designed specifically for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing (AECM) industry. Our tools automate repetitive tasks, strengthen BIM standards, and enable firms to get more value out of their design and construction data. As we grow, we’re seeking a BIM Solutions Architect to help shape client workflows and ensure successful adoption of our platform.
Role Overview
As a BIM Solutions Architect, you’ll be the bridge between client challenges and our product’s capabilities. You’ll work with clients to understand their design and construction workflows, design tailored solutions, and guide them through implementation.
This role blends AEC technology expertise, solution design, and consultative leadership — perfect for someone with strong BIM experience who wants to apply it in the next wave of AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with clients to assess workflows, BIM standards, and technology pain points.
• Design end-to-end solutions that integrate our AI agents with Autodesk tools (Revit, ACC, Dynamo, Navisworks, Inventor, etc.).
• Lead client workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Document solution architectures, workflows, and onboarding playbooks.
• Act as a trusted advisor on BIM best practices, standards, and adoption.
• Support sales efforts with solution scoping and ROI analysis.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC (BIM Manager, VDC Engineer, Design Technologist, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of Autodesk products:
Revit, ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro, Dynamo; familiarity with Navisworks and Inventor a plus.
• Experience with automation workflows (APIs, add-ins, Dynamo/py Revit, or other scripting).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops, presentations, and client engagement.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data-driven workflows (preferred but not required).
• Ability to balance technical depth with big-picture solution thinking.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Benefits
• Unlimited PTO (trust-based time off)
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
• Fully remote role with flexible hours
• Career development support, including training and certifications
• Collaborative, innovative environment at the forefront of AI in AEC
