Integrations Engineer – North America
Join Plotline as an early Integrations Engineer in North America and play a hands-on role in executing customer integrations as we expand internationally. As a vital member of our delivery and customer success team, you’ll work closely with enterprise clients to ensure the smooth and successful technical implementation of our platform, driving immediate value and seamless adoption.

About This Role
As our first North American Integrations Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day technical execution of customer integrations. You will work side-by-side with enterprise client teams to implement, configure, and troubleshoot integrations with Plotline’s platform. You’ll be the main technical contact during setup, focusing on efficient delivery, rapid issue resolution, and excellent customer experience. Collaboration with product, engineering, solutions architects, and customer success will be key to driving integration delivery excellence.
Key Challenges You’ll Solve
• Integration Execution:
Deliver hands-on technical integration and ensure clients are up and running quickly and correctly
• Technical Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot implementation issues in real time and resolve obstacles to go-live
• Customer Enablement:
Guide client engineering teams through setup, configuration, and best practices
• Quality Assurance:
Validate and test integrations to ensure reliability, security, and quality standards are met
• Continuous Improvement:
Capture learnings and provide feedback to improve integration processes and product features
Outcomes Expected
• Q1 Objectives:
Complete technical integrations for the first 5+ North American enterprise clients
• Q2 Objectives:
Reduce average implementation times and improve customer satisfaction scores during onboarding
• Year 1 Objectives:
Support $2M+ of new customer integrations; help evolve scalable onboarding processes and tools for NA customers
Responsibilities
Integration Implementation
• Execute hands-on configuration and implementation of Plotline with enterprise apps, backends, and APIs
• Collaborate with customer engineers to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Provide technical guidance on using Plotline’s SDKs, APIs, and platform capabilities
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during the integration process
Customer Support & Communication
• Lead technical calls, integration workshops, and check-ins through implementation
• Maintain clear documentation of integration steps and outcomes
• Offer proactive communication, updates, and guidance to client teams during initial ramp
Internal Collaboration
• Partner closely with product, engineering, solutions architects, and support to resolve integration challenges and escalate issues where needed
• Contribute to internal resources and playbooks to refine integration best practices
Requirements
Professional Experience
• 2+ years experience as an Integrations Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer (preferably in SaaS/enterprise software)
• Demonstrated experience integrating with APIs, SDKs, and/or app platforms
• Hands-on engineering experience with enterprise clients
