You’re a technical problem‑solver who combines prompt engineering expertise with strong customer‑facing skills. You thrive on building reliable AI agents for voice and messaging channels, crafting prompts that handle complex conversations while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Equally comfortable writing code to connect APIs as you are training customer teams, you understand that successful AI deployments require both technical excellence and deep customer empathy.

- Build & Deploy AI Agents – Design and implement custom voice and messaging agents for enterprise clients, from initial prompt development through production deployment.
- Master Prompt Engineering – Create robust, reliable prompts that handle complex customer conversations across industries, ensuring compliance and accuracy at scale.
- Integrate Systems – Connect AI agents with customer platforms via APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations to create seamless workflows.
- Partner with Customers – Work directly on‑site with clients to understand their needs, train their teams, and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.
- Drive Product Innovation – Influence our product roadmap by bringing customer insights back to the team and building proof‑of‑concepts for new capabilities.
- Optimize Performance – Continuously refine AI agent behavior based on real‑world data, improving resolution rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Prompt Engineering Experience – Proven track record of writing and optimizing prompts for production LLM applications, with deep understanding of prompt reliability and edge‑case handling.
- Technical Integration Skills – Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API implementations.
- Customer‑Facing Excellence – Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and manage enterprise client relationships.
- Systems Thinking – Ability to design scalable solutions across distributed systems while debugging complex integration issues in real time.
- Travel Flexibility – Willingness to travel up to 30 % for on‑site customer deployments, training sessions, and strategic implementations.
- Familiarity with telephony systems, SMS/messaging protocols, and conversational AI best practices for multi‑channel interactions.
- Exposure to early‑stage startups or high‑growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments.
