Our client — a next‑generation AI infrastructure startup — is hiring a Solutions & Customer Success Lead (San Francisco or U.S.). They’re delivering a breakthrough inference stack with seamless deployment tools for large‑scale AI workloads across both cloud and on‑premise environments.
Responsibilities- Support the full customer lifecycle — acquisition, onboarding, expansion
- Lead on‑prem POCs: setup, config, troubleshooting, performance tuning
- Guide customers implementing models, pipelines, and custom logic
- Oversee developer cloud onboarding & ongoing technical support
- Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, networking, and inference stacks
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during POCs
- Build runbooks & contribute to customer‑facing documentation
- Define success metrics and ensure customers achieve real outcomes
