We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Vice President – Sales (ISV Vertical) to lead strategic growth across Independent Software Vendor (ISV) accounts globally. This is a senior leadership, quota-carrying role responsible for driving large, transformational deals across Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, and Platform Services.
The ideal candidate will have deep relationships within the ISV ecosystem and a proven track record of building and scaling multimillion-dollar portfolios.
Locations are the West Coast, New York, and New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive revenue growth across the ISV vertical.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand key ISV accounts.
- Build executive-level relationships (CxO, EVP, SVP Engineering, Product Leaders).
- Digital transformation
- Managed services & outsourcing engagements
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Practice, Alliances, and Marketing teams to create compelling value propositions.
- Mentor and guide account executives and sales teams within the vertical.
- Work closely with hyperscaler and ecosystem partners to co-sell and expand footprint.
- 18+ years of experience in IT services / Digital Engineering sales.
- Strong experience selling into ISV companies (SaaS, Enterprise Software, Platform companies).
- Proven ability to close $10M+ deals and manage $50M+ portfolios.
- Deep understanding of:
- Cloud-native architectures
- SaaS product lifecycle
- AI/ML & Data services
- Dev Ops, SRE, Automation
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Established network within mid-to-large ISVs in North America.
- Exceptional executive presence and negotiation skills.
- Background in Product Engineering Services (PES).
- Experience working with hyperscalers like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or Google Cloud ecosystems.
- Exposure to Private Equity-backed ISVs.
- Experience scaling Global Capability Centres (GCC) models.
- High-growth Digital Engineering and AI-led organisation.
- Established client references and IP-led offerings.
- Backed by strong alliances and a go-to-market ecosystem.
