Role Overview

We’re seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide hands-on end-user support across two Bay Area office locations, supporting roughly 350 users in a mixed Mac and Windows environment. This fully onsite role focuses on troubleshooting, device setup, onboarding/offboarding, and day‑to‑day technical support within a fast‑paced, highly collaborative IT environment.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
  • Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11
  • Active Directory
    : user onboarding/offboarding, account setup
  • Experience with laptop repairs, upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting
  • White‑glove support experience and excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem solver; able to think outside the box
  • Motivated self‑starter who works well independently and in team settings
  • Provide onsite support for ~350 users across the San Francisco and Foster City offices
  • Handle 10–20 support tickets per day
    , including hardware, software, and access-related issues
  • Perform new-hire device setup
    , onboarding tasks, and account provisioning
  • Troubleshoot issues across Mac, Windows, and mobile devices
  • Support laptop repairs, upgrades, imaging, and general maintenance
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
  • Deliver high-quality in-person support and maintain a white‑glove standard of service
Experience, Education & Certifications
  • 2–5 years of technical support / IT support experience
  • Apple Certified Support Professional preferred
