Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (IT Services), you will play a key role in driving business growth within the B2B technology sector. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our customer base through IT and software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market research in the IT services sector, analyzing trends and identifying potential clients. Leverage insights to create and implement targeted business development strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    Identify and qualify B2B leads through research, networking, and participation in industry events. Connect with decision-makers to understand their technology needs and propose customized IT solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting Antino’s technical strengths and service offerings. Negotiate and close deals to achieve business growth goals.
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    Explore opportunities for strategic alliances with technology vendors and partners. Collaborate to expand service offerings and strengthen market presence.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets:
    Set and meet ambitious sales goals and KPIs. Monitor and report on sales performance against objectives.
  • Technical Understanding:
    Gain a strong understanding of Antino’s IT services and solutions. Stay updated with the latest technology and industry trends to effectively represent the company.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams:
    Work closely with internal technical teams to align business strategies with service capabilities.
  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services or software solutions.
    • Strong understanding of IT concepts and solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Results-oriented professional with a consistent record of meeting sales targets.
