• Leverage extensive datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals on the platform
• Play a key role in creating both product and client-facing analytics
• Inform data team strategy by collaborating with product leaders and managers
• Define and lead data projects from data ingestion to analysis to recommendations in collaboration with a team of product managers and analysts
• Utilize advanced SQL and Python skills to evaluate complex data relationships and processes

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist
• Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts, especially exploratory data analysis techniques and probability theory
• Advanced SQL skills for creating and evaluating complex statements involving numerous tables
• Proficient in Python and object-oriented programming concepts related to data
• Excellent visualization and storytelling skills to communicate results and solutions to stakeholders

• Exposure to machine learning methods (regressors, classifiers, etc.)
• Proficiency in distributed data processing concepts and execution, such as working with column stores and leveraging Spark
• Fast learner with a curiosity about and passion for data
