Working closely with business and technology partners, we use research, design, and prototyping to guide early product development, bring clarity to engineering goals, and develop a customer‑centric point of view. This is where you come in.

As a Design Technologist, you'll be a key part of our Experience Design organization. Your role will be all about proving, advancing, and evolving forward‑thinking UX concepts through prototyping and hands‑on product work. You'll work alongside other design technologists to bring design ideas (interactions, visuals, motion) to life.

• Build high-quality, functional prototypes that convey and advance the vision of future products
• Collaborate with design leadership and key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Work alongside designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers to drive concepts from idea to implementation
• Advance design thinking by leveraging your platform expertise (e.g., web, mobile, TV)

• Knowledge of API frameworks
• Experience using AWS in production environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
