Technical Program Manager III, Tez

We are from India Tez (Quick Commerce) team. We are working on a ground up initiative for the fast growing quick commerce space in India. As a TPM you will be working on cross cutting areas spread across Customer Experience, Fulfillment, Last Mile, Supply Chain to achieve key business KPIs. As a TPM you will closely collaborate with various business functions like Product Manager, In Stock Manager, Vendor Manager, Marketing Team, Operations Team and 3rd party service provider to formulate the E2E solutions.

To achieve the business objective you will create technical solution in systems owned under the org and also collaborating with various WW team.

The team is made of Amazon veterans and are working on first time in Amazon initiatives which will scale beyond India and grocery. The team is suitable for passionate leaders who are equally interested in contributing to business and product roadmap while leading a high performing and high velocity team.

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
