We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands‑on technical support to users across multiple U.S. offices. Based in San Francisco, this role supports computers, collaboration tools, mobile devices, and related technologies while delivering responsive, customer‑focused service in a professional environment. The IT Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, deploy and maintain equipment, support conference room A/V systems, and assist with onboarding new employees from a technology perspective.

This role also supports firmwide technology initiatives and may participate in occasional after‑hours maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users across multiple U.S. office locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral devices
  • Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain user equipment and related technology tools
  • Support collaboration and communication systems, including conference room A/V and meeting technology
  • Assist with technology onboarding for new employees, including setup, orientation, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and track inventory of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring accurate records and lifecycle management
  • Support firmwide IT projects and technology initiatives, assisting with rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Provide support for remote and onsite users with strong focus on service, communication, and timely resolution
  • Participate in occasional after‑hours maintenance, updates, and technology support as needed
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field required (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant IT support experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
  • Working knowledge of enterprise IT support environments, including:
    Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments
  • Collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Device management tools such as Intune
  • LAN/WLAN and general networking fundamentals
  • Document management systems (iManage) preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and confidentiality awareness
  • Flexibility to support occasional after‑hours work when required
