CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS / SUCCESS ENGINEER — SAN FRANCISCO (ONSITE)
One of the most exciting startups in Con Tech is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join their team in San Francisco. They’re early-stage (just 20 people) but already cash-flow positive, growing rapidly, and backed by top-tier investors. Their product connects legacy ERPs to the modern world via a proprietary API and powerful UI.
This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll:
- Lead technical discovery and product demos for new prospects
- Own end-to-end onboarding, configuration, training, and adoption
- Project manage 5–10 complex implementations at once
- Become a trusted advisor and solutions expert for customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Build repeatable processes and automation to scale growth
You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in the go-to-market function.
Responsibilities- Lead technical discovery and product demos for new prospects

3–8 years of experience in Customer Solutions, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Technical Implementation, ideally with ERP or API-heavy SaaS tools. Bonus if you’ve worked in construction tech or implementation consulting before.
Important:
This role is 5 days/week onsite in San Francisco. Visa sponsorship is available for strong candidates.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
