Lead day‑to‑day senior client relationships for organic social: clear communication, expectation setting, and confident recommendations.

Define KPIs and success measures appropriate to the program (growth, engagement quality, share of voice, content effectiveness).

Identify and recommend opportunities to expand impact and scope (new work streams, new formats, new stakeholder groups).

Commercial Acumen

Manage delivery against scope, ensuring efficient resourcing and strong client value.

Understand how social work connects to account health (retention, satisfaction, and expansion), escalating risks early and proposing solutions.

Support new business and upsell motions through smart POVs, clear strategic thinking, and credible social growth plans (without owning overall agency new business targets).

Mentor and develop junior team members; raise the bar on platform knowledge, creative effectiveness, and operational rigor.

Contribute to training, templates, and best practices that make the team more consistent and scalable.

Support talent needs with hiring input and onboarding, as required.

8‑10+ years of relevant social experience (agency preferred), with clear ownership of organic social strategy and performance outcomes.

Experience leading growth for enterprise social accounts (complex stakeholders, governance, brand risk) and helping scale startup/challenger profiles (speed, experimentation, rapid iteration).

Deep understanding of organic social algorithms and distribution mechanics, especially Linked In; strong POV on formats, cadence, and what drives sustained reach.

Demonstrated test‑and‑learn mindset with examples of experimentation that led to measurable performance improvement.

Proven cross‑functional collaborator with creative, paid media, and analytics/insights partners.

Strong client‑ready communication: can influence, present, and defend recommendations with clarity.

Commercially minded and operationally strong—can manage multiple work streams without sacrificing quality.
