IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
We are seeking an experienced QA Program/Project Manager to provide leadership and coordination across business priorities, technology strategy, and operational execution. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between stakeholders, resources, and deliverables to achieve organizational goals.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and orchestrate end-to-end QA transformation initiatives, including vendor selection, consensus building, KPI definition, and resource alignment.
Establish and maintain structured governance, ensuring stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration are effective and consistent.
Track, measure, and report on QA initiatives, creating accountability, transparency, and visibility across all phases of execution.
Prevent delays, miscommunication, and strategic drift by ensuring all critical steps in project delivery are planned and executed effectively.
Serve as a central point of coordination for QA efforts, integrating cross-functional teams to support a scalable and high-performing QA ecosystem.
Proven experience managing large-scale QA or technology programs/projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs, manage resources, and deliver on organizational objectives.
Experience in vendor management and cross-functional team coordination.
Ability to drive structured governance and ensure accountability across multiple initiatives.
