  Act as the first line of defense for help desk tickets, providing basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues

  Own the "Day 1" experience by imaging laptops, configuring workstations, and managing the onboarding/offboarding process for employees

  Assist with user account provisioning and access management across various corporate platforms

  Maintain a meticulous inventory of hardware and software assets; assist with periodic audits to ensure compliance and data integrity
