Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience ,
- Strong proficiency in macOS & GSuite environments ,
- Strong troubleshooting skills ,
- Extensive experience with network management, including LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls ,
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including firewalls, encryption, and antivirus solutions ,
- Proven track record in managing IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations ,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ,
- (Desirable) Experience with AWS, Tailscale ,
- (Desirable) Experience with international IT regulations and compliance

- Manage and optimize corporate software systems ,
- Oversee and enhance the Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure ,
- Deploy and enforce robust security policies and procedures ,
- Provision and manage user accounts and permissions ,
- Provide prompt, effective technical support and troubleshoot complex issues ,
- Lead IT projects focused on endpoint management, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvements ,
- Deliver technical support and training on IT systems to staff (in-person and remotely)
