About Higgsfield

Higgsfield AI is the leading video AI company redefining synthetic media on socials. The company is entering its next stage of scale with $300M+ run-rate sales in just 12 months after launch, and a $130M Series A.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly operational Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. This role sits at the center of Legal, Finance, and GTM, ensuring contracts move quickly, accurately, and in alignment with company risk tolerance. You will be responsible for both the day-to-day execution and the underlying systems that power our contracting lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who is deeply process-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable driving cross-functional coordination in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Contracting
  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including

NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, order forms, amendments and vendor contracts.
  • Build and optimize playbooks, documentation and scalable contracting process to support high-volume contracts.
  • Drive improvements that increase speed, clarity, and consistency across contracts lifecycle.
  • Act as the intake point for contract requests, manage intake forms, and make sure agreements are routed and prioritized correctly.
  • Partner with Legal and GTM teams to move agreements through review and execution without delays.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for versions, signatures, and storage; work with the XFN team to secure approvals; route fully-approved agreements to signature via Docu Sign/Ironclad; archive files and approval evidence in contract repository.
Ironclad Ownership
  • Own Ironclad end to end—workflows, templates, approvals, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain workflows that make it easy for teams to generate and route contracts correctly.
  • Clean up and standardize templates and fallback language so we’re not reinventing the wheel on every deal.
  • Provide training to different teams and new hires, troubleshoot user issues, and enforce process discipline.
Process & Scale
  • Put structure around how contracting works as we grow—clear intake, approval paths, and expectations.
  • Identify where deals get stuck and fix it.
  • Report to company leadership on contracting metrics.
  • Set basic SLAs and bring more visibility into contract timelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in contract management, legal ops, or a similar operational role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ironclad (this is a must).
  • Comfortable working across teams and keeping things moving without a lot of oversight.
  • Process-oriented—you notice inefficiencies and fix them.
  • Solid understanding of standard commercial agreements (you don’t need to be a lawyer, but you know what you’re looking at).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of work.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n and AI platforms like Claude to build and optimize internal contract workflows, automations, and operational processes.
  • Willingness to implement AI tools to improve legal workflows.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Exposure to SaaS or enterprise sales contracting.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2.
  • Experience building complex workflows in Ironclad.
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 – $140,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.

Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
