Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Now FSM Developer to design, develop, and enhance Field Service Management solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with FSM modules, mobile workforce enablement, integrations, and workflow automation, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable field service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize Service Now FSM applications including Work Orders, Task Management, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Mobile.
  • Configure and enhance FSM modules such as:
    • Work Order Management
    • Agent Workspace
    • Scheduling & Dispatch
    • Mobile FSM
    • Inventory & Asset Management
  • Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows/Flow Designer for FSM use cases.
  • Customize FSM Mobile App for field technicians (offline/online sync, forms, UI actions).
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with ERP, CRM, GIS, and third-party systems.
  • Implement security, ACLs, roles, and data access controls.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT and production deployments.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning.
  • Ensure solutions align with Service Now best practices and upgrade compatibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Service Now FSM.
  • Solid knowledge of Service Now platform scripting:
    • Java Script
    • Glide API
  • Experience with:
    • Work Orders & Tasks
    • Dispatching & Scheduling
    • Mobile FSM configuration
    • Assets, CMDB, and Inventory
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripted REST APIs.
  • Understanding of ITSM concepts and Service Now data model.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
