SuperDial - FDE

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with strong Python experience and a product mindset. You'll work closely with our customers to design and build the core infrastructure that powers our AI-first RCM platform. You'll have a front-row seat to user feedback and help shape not just the tech, but the product itself.

About the Role:

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar)
• Work directly with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into operational workflows
• Own system design decisions related to performance, reliability, and scale
• Lead technical projects from architecture through deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Ops teams
• Help shape engineering best practices, mentoring junior developers as we grow

About You:

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience, with deep Python expertise
• Strong background in building and scaling APIs, services, and distributed systems
• Proven ability to work closely with end users and translate feedback into product improvements
• Experience with modern infrastructure (Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with databases (Postgre
  
  SQL preferred) and async programming
• Bonus: experience in AI, LLMs, or healthcare tech (especially RCM)

The base salary for this role ranges from $125,000 to 160,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we're always open to exceptional talent.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
