Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer

We're looking for an infrastructure engineer who thrives in the field. You'll deploy and operate our platform inside customer environments, standing up infrastructure, configuring integrations with enterprise systems, and ensuring our agents run reliably within complex, often air‑gapped or heavily regulated networks.

Compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000 + equity.

• Deploy and operate our platform within customer infrastructure (on‑prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments)
• Configure networking, security, and access controls to meet enterprise and government compliance requirements
• Debug and resolve production issues on‑site, often under time pressure during critical go‑lives
• Work with the core infrastructure team to feed deployment learnings back into the platform

• Have 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, Dev Ops, or site reliability
• Are proficient with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Have experience deploying software in enterprise or government environments with strict security requirements
• Are comfortable working on‑site with customers and traveling frequently
• Can troubleshoot across the full stack (networking, OS, containers, application) under pressure
• Bonus: experience with FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, or air‑gapped environments
