About the roleWe’re looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join our core infrastructure team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the pipelines, tooling, and systems that allow our engineering and ML teams to ship quickly and safely. This role is a mix of reliability engineering, systems automation, and scaling high-performance AI workloads.
What you’ll do- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems running at scale
- Ensure high availability and resilience of GPU clusters and vector databases
- Collaborate with software and ML engineers to streamline model deployment and serving
- Improve observability with metrics, logging, and alerting systems
- Drive incident response, postmortems, and reliability best practices
- Contribute to security, compliance, and data privacy initiatives
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Background in monitoring, logging, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Strong communication skills and ability to support a fast-moving engineering team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with GPU infrastructure and ML model serving pipelines
- Familiarity with vector databases or search infrastructure
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience scaling distributed systems in production
- Contributions to open-source Dev Ops, SRE, or infrastructure projects
