About the roleAs a Field Engineer, you'll be the technical face of Olostep, helping customers evaluate the platform through proofs of concept, tailored code examples, and hands‑on guidance that demonstrates the API's value in their workflows.
This is a customer‑facing role for someone who is a strong software engineer first, and a great communicator and listener second. You'll need deep technical knowledge and fluent, articulate English to translate complex customer requirements into working solutions.
What you'll do- Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and developers, acting as their technical advisor.
- Turn customer requirements into scalable solutions, guiding rollout strategy, prompting, and context configuration.
- Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering, and contribute hands‑on to new features.
- Stay deeply familiar with Olostep's capabilities to clearly communicate our value.
