Our client, a leading organization in the technology services sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer - L2 to join their dynamic team. As an IT Support Engineer - L2, you will be an integral part of the IT services team, providing essential support to ensure seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Location:
San Francisco, CA - Onsite

Pay Range: $35- $43/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Handle and resolve Level 2 support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely solutions for end-users.
• Utilize Service Now platform to manage and track support requests effectively.
• Support Mac OS systems, Mobile Device Management, and other related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience working on Level 2 support tickets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Service Now platform is a must.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Mac OS and Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet support SLAs.
