Job Level: Lead / Senior Individual Contributor with Team Leadership Responsibilities
  • The EOFS Team Lead provides hands-on technical leadership and day-to-day direction for team. This role balances technical expertise, people leadership, and operational workflow understanding to ensure reliable systems, responsive customer support, and successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business needs. The EOFS Team Lead serves as an escalation point, mentor, and collaborative partner across IT and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead, engage, and support a team of IT Specialist to deliver high-quality technical solutions and services for Interconnection Program.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for moderate to complex technical or user support issues, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate handoff.
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment that encourages accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing coaching, direction, and knowledge sharing.
  • Have the ability to analyze and determine trends from application failure reports to help prioritize work.
  • Technical & Operational Support
  • Provide hands-on support across supported systems, tools, and applications, including day-to-day operational issues.
  • Sustain and maintain existing work management systems and supported applications to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Support implementation of technology enhancements, system improvements, and issue remediation efforts.
  • Escalate complex technical problems appropriately while maintaining ownership and visibility through resolution.
Business Partnership & Delivery
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze, document, and support end-to-end business processes in one or more functional areas.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to define requirements, deliverables, and implementation approaches for business solutions.
  • Identify, propose, and influence technology-enabled solutions to business problems.
  • Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform quality reviews of test results to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Provide timely, professional responses to IT and user inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, peers, leadership, and business partners through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Facilitate and lead discussions using a collaborative, focused approach that builds consensus and alignment across teams.
  • Present technical concepts, project updates, or solutions to groups of varying sizes and technical backgrounds.
Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement
  • Work with leadership and improvement partners (e.g., LEAN resources) to support process improvements and project development efforts.
  • Support documentation of processes, systems, and support models to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing IT support or technical delivery in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience leading work, mentoring peers, or coordinating team activities.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver technological solutions.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to support and learn complex systems and tools.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as a team leader and collaborator.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and escalations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading or supporting system implementations or enhancements.
  • Familiarity with process analysis, documentation, and improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting design, engineering, or business applications environments.
