Location: Bay Area, CA - Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Understand the transformation context, create roadmaps/plan, drive agile transformation at the enterprise level
- Should be able drive agility at the Team, Program and Portfolio levels
- Will be responsible to transform / transition projects / programs from waterfall to agile
- Training stakeholders and team members
- Provides input on how teams learn and adopt lean and agile practices and principles
- Follow up and move transformation process along
- Assist in driving the set-up of Agile Scorecards, Dashboards and configuration of tools
- Conduct process assessments, agile adoption roadmaps, establish ideal implementation design, and help customers through the validation, launch, and continuous improvement stages
- Configure and coach usage of tools like JIRA / Rally
- Provide thought leadership to clients on agile
- Willing to travel across locations in the US and work from client premises
Required Skills
- A minimum of 15 years in software development, with 4+ years working in agile transformation
- SPC certified
- LPM, Agile Budgeting
- Working as a Transformation coach for enterprise level agile transformation
- Working with one or more lean agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban)
- Including familiarity with one or more of the enterprise/scaling frameworks
- Helping learn and adopt agile practices and principles
- Knowledge of the software engineering lifecycle
- Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, test driven development, service virtualization and all things around it
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
