Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Why We’re Hiring

The Biz Ops & Analytics team  has been a catalyst for rapid growth and operational excellence, driving data‑driven decision making across product, growth, tech, and operations. As the company expands from 5 M to 50 M customers, we need new team members to own analytics for core business units—growth, product, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships—and help us reach a $10 B business in the next four years.

• Define the right problems:
  Understand the business question, validate its relevance, and challenge flawed assumptions.
• Data and insights:
  Build metrics, reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface actionable insights that drive key metrics.
• Drive outcomes:
  Present findings to product, growth, finance, or operations; explain implications and recommend next steps.

• First‑principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before diving into data.
• Direct communicator who can walk skeptical stakeholders through complex findings and secure quick buy‑in.
• Owner who treats the team’s success as personal responsibility and takes initiative beyond their formal scope.

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high‑growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; able to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication that influences decisions at the leadership level.

SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, Git Hub.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job‑related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
