Our client, Spar Information Systems, is seeking an End User Support (EUS) Engineer. The position delivers high‑touch, 1:1 white‑glove End User Services engineering with a focus on trader workflow continuity, rapid restoration, and professional stakeholder management.
The opportunityHybrid:
In office / remote.
- Provide desk side and remote white glove support with VIP prioritization.
- Triage and resolve L2/L3 incidents across trading apps, AV, Office, Windows, and Intune managed endpoints.
- Maintain high‑quality communications and ticket updates.
- Work with app owners, infra teams, and vendors while maintaining ownership.
- Identify recurring issues, propose fixes, and contribute to service improvement.
7–9 years of experience.

- AV/VC Support
- Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Azure/Entra
- Office 365 Suite
- Windows 10/11
- Mobile Device Support
- Trader support experience in front‑office/high‑pressure environments.
- Whiteglove/concierge support for senior stakeholders and VIPs.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- User‑first mindset prioritizing end‑user experience.
