** Job Description
** 10+ years of Experience in Java based Application Development and Maintenance Self starter, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Expectation Management Proven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with Offshore Team Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within Onsite/Offshore and Team in Mexico Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies As and when needed should be able to understand complex codebases, able to apply software and systems engineering principles Should have understanding in Java Technology stack, Microservices based Architecture, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkin, Junit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem of S3 Bucket, EC2 instances
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106230 to $145000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
