Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now FSM Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize Field Service Management solutions on the Service Now platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in FSM modules, strong scripting skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Service Now FSM solutions aligned with business requirements
- Configure and customize FSM modules including:
- Work Orders
- Dispatch Console
- Task Scheduling
- Agent Workspace
- Mobile Workforce
- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
- Build and customize Flows, Workflows, and Integration Hub spokes
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, asset systems, GIS, etc.)
- Optimize FSM performance, scalability, and user experience
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and field operations teams
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers
- Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and governance standards
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Now FSM
- Expertise in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Automation
- Solid understanding of Service Now CMDB, Asset Management, and CSDM
- Experience with Service Now Mobile App / Mobile Workforce
- Strong knowledge of Service Now data model and security
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
