Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now FSM Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize Field Service Management solutions on the Service Now platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in FSM modules, strong scripting skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance Service Now FSM solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Configure and customize FSM modules including:
    • Work Orders
    • Dispatch Console
    • Task Scheduling
    • Agent Workspace
    • Mobile Workforce
  • Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
  • Build and customize Flows, Workflows, and Integration Hub spokes
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, asset systems, GIS, etc.)
  • Optimize FSM performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and field operations teams
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers
  • Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment issue resolution
  • Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Strong hands-on experience with Service Now FSM
  • Expertise in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Automation
  • Solid understanding of Service Now CMDB, Asset Management, and CSDM
  • Experience with Service Now Mobile App / Mobile Workforce
  • Strong knowledge of Service Now data model and security
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
