The Quantitative Analytics Development Program Internship is designed for highly motivated students interested in applying analytical, statistical, and quantitative techniques to solve complex business challenges. Interns will gain hands‑on experience working with data, developing analytical models, and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Support the development and validation of quantitative models.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Participate in project work related to risk management, forecasting, optimization, or business intelligence.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and project teams.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
    • Mathematics
    • Statistics
    • Data Science
    • Economics
    • Finance
    • Computer Science
    • Engineering
    • Related quantitative field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS, or other analytical tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Programming experience in Python or R.
