With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions. Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture.

• The team’s mission is to empower institutions to settle digital assets safely and at scale, improving digital asset liquidity while reducing their counter party risk. This is a nascent business line at Anchorage Digital with huge potential.
• You will work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and the rest of the engineering team to plan, build, release and maintain high quality software for the Atlas business. You will be the primary driver of the system architecture, technical direction and each team member’s technical skill development.
