Salesforce AI Developer Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce development and administration activities across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud environments
• Assist with configuration, testing, and enhancement of Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and basic Apex / LWC components
• Work with large datasets to help improve data quality, enrichment, and reporting
• Support AI‑driven initiatives using tools such as Salesforce AI capabilities, GPT‑based tools, data enrichment platforms, and workflow automation
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
• Help document technical solutions, user stories, and system processes
• Collaborate with Business Systems, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, and Engineering teams on GTM initiatives
• Participate in QA/UAT testing and production support activities
• Build dashboards and insights that help teams make data‑driven decisions

• Supports the Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent business systems that enable go‑to‑market operations, reporting, and process scale
• Partners across Business Systems, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to deliver automation, improve data quality, and enhance operational visibility
• Explores practical uses of AI, workflow automation, and analytics to help teams work more efficiently and make better decisions

• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Objects, Fields, Flows, Reports, SOQL, Security Model)
• Exposure to Salesforce development concepts such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, or integrations
• Strong interest in AI, automation, analytics, and data‑driven problem solving
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, datasets, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

The approximate hourly compensation range is $22.00 to $30.00.
